Is it possible to change the order of the people you are following on Twitter?

Like when you are following people and they show up on your profile page, is there a way to switch up the order? Sometimes the order does get switched up, but by itself. Does Twitter do that automatically? Anyone know what I am talking about?

Twitter is the one who automatically arranges the people you follow.

This is the way it works out:
Say you chose to follow ten people including me ;-D
let's arrange them from 1,2,3...10. Now when you start following people they get arranged as they are followed.

After you followed all the 10 people the last person or the 10th will be on the top list on your followings.

So in a word the last person you followed at given time he/she will be listed on the top.
