Internet on my pc isnt working on any browser but works on skype.?

I have windows 7 pro. I checked for viruses multiple times and nothing. When i open chrome it loads bookmarks halfway anything other than that it wont load. I tried firefox and explorer and it didnt worked. Internet works fine on my smartphone and my other pc. Please help.

Try restarting your Internet Router and your computer. If you have an ethernet cable, try connecting your computer directly to your router. If nothing works, call your provider's tech support, they'll know what to do. Hope this helped!
