Contest on Facebook.... Need help!!?

I am in charge of a Facebook page fro my dad's business. To get more likes we are going to offer something free for a year. But, we want to be able to somehow copy all the names to be able to put them in a website to pick the names. But right now when we copy the names, it also copies the other stuff on the page. I want a way where I don't have to enter every single name by hand, because right now we have 300 likes and that would take forever and we are looking to have a lot more likes than that.
