How should my superhero league meet? for my novel?

My league is like Jr Justice League but as teens and i don't know any kind of way for them to meet, i wanna try something new....no meeting in a fight, at school but something else and there's 8 members in the team and their teenagers

Do they all have to meet each other at once or can they assemble through connections. Could cause interesting tension or difference in ideology later on.

Some could be friends from childhood.
Police station.
Youth help group. - suicide maybe- backstory options.
Someone getting beat up turns out to be a super hero.
Online- social media
Hospital

One by one, they should meet each other as they travel the country or the planet to stop whatever supervillains are in your book.

For example, one or two meet in New York, they track their villain to London, meet one or two more, go somewhere else, meet more. It shouldn't be just one meeting, that would be too predictable.
