how do i stop this girl from changing my instagram info through her facebook.?

So this girl keeps hacking my instagram and changing the information through her facebook and I was wondering how i could stop her from doing this. like is there a way i could stop her from cahnging the password through her facebook?

Do you have her as friends on your facebook friends list anychance? if so , you can go to your firends lists and find her name or usernames and then click on her facebook timeline and click unfriend there she cant see or view anything thats on your wall. if she is on one of your friends to friends facebook lists and she isnt on yours then she might had go threw her friends that are your friends also and checked out what everyone else walls has posted . you can conact a report abuse to facebook and tell them whats going on and you need to get her email address and include her first and last names if she has facebook account . that only way she cant bothering you anymore. or you can ask facebook to block her to not view your facebook timeline profile any longer. you also should had put a privated on your instagram or you can deleted the first instagram account and remake a new one if that more better for you. you shouldnt not write down everything about you on it because that how it happens people accounts gets breaking into or stolen by unknown strangers.
