I need some help, cause my site google penalize on low quality link, so what can i do & how to remove low quality backlink in our website if you have idea so plz tell me how can i removes all bad links, my site backlink 1,25,000

You can remove back links manually if you feel those links are influencing your site's positions by sending mail to web masters. If you find any warning in Google web masters's you will find an options to remove links by web spam options. Previously there will be an options to remove links by using webmaster's disvow link tools, but it is now merged with manual web spam. So directly you can't remove such huge number of links at a time.

I think it's better to focus on new quality links, rather than wasting time on removing back links.

Easiest way would be to use Google webmaster tools, look up all of the links that are linking to you and use their disavow tool to disavow any bad links. It takes time but seems to work.
