There's no contact details except an email, so you dont know where they are based.
They are either offering cheap fakes of the items or they dont have them at all. They just get your credit card details and take all your money.
The spelling and grammar is terrible, not very professional at all. I couldnt understand some of it!
Up to you but I wouldnt trust it.

Every fake site has hundreds of pictrures of clothes
That's a Chinese counterfeit site based in Fujian where all of the factories producing fake branded goods are based http://whois.domaintools.com/facenba.org
I can tell it's fake by the name alone. They are actually breaking the law by using the NBA trademark as part of their domain name without being an official NBA retailer
They are also breaking the law by failing to provide a registered business address and phone number on their Contacts page or Home page. An email address is not enough - that is not a valid legal address
Also .org websites are not allowed to engage in any sort of sales
The Visa, Mastercard, Verisign, etc logos at the top and bottom of the home page are also dead links - also illegal. They are committing copyright infringement by using these logos without a hyperlink to those company websites
There is nothing remotely legit looking about that site
