Internet Explorer will not save bookmarks in Yahoo Bookmarks or Google Bookmarks?

In Yahoo Bookmarks on Yahoo toolbar it goes thro' the SAVE motion with no warnings, but it doesn't save. On the Google toolbar when I click Bookmarks it says Bookmarks Server is slow to load, please try later. It repeats this over and over and never loads.
On Google Chrome I can save but that is my wife's page and it is unhelpful to have two people saving in one account - becomes cluttered.
Any ideas welcome. Thanks

First of all don't use Internet Explorer unless necessary. Use Google Chrome and FIREFOX
Leave Internet Explorer on your computer because Windows uses it for certain operations, but for your own browseing use Chrome and Firefox. You can have all three browsers on your computer without any problems.

could be you'r using IE 11 which is having some probs w/ some web sites.
