Internet problems help?
My fucking internet is crazy. I had a Linksys route and my internet wouldn't work. I recently got a Netgear router and my mbps go all over the place. Up and down! Im tired, i need help on this. Please !!!!

Get a New PC
New Router/Modem
New ISP
That should solve the problems you are having.
