Normal Internet Speed ?

I Download a 1GB torrent with lot of seeds, and the maximum speed is 330 KB/s.

I Upload a 1,40GB file on a site, and the maximum speed is 32 KB/s.

I use WIFI connection, and i live in Greece.

Which internet speed is normal ?

1. internet speed is determined by your ISP
2. wifi is always slower than being hard wired
3. if you are in a remote location then that will limit your speed
4. both internet speeds are normal. unless you have fiberoptic internet then the download speed will be much faster than the upload speed

Torrent speeds have nothing to do with your Internet speeds. They are related to the seeds and the connection that the seeds have also. You could have the fastest connection in the world but if theirs is slow it will still be slow.
