Pay Pal question...........................?
Is there a way to pay for something using Pay Pal without being charged a fee? You see I owe a friend money so I figured I would send them the money to their Pay Pal account.
The person I sent the money to told me to send it to family/friends but I forgot what she said thanks. Well I did and it still charged me .73 I believe. Its not a big deal I was just trying to send it free.

Sender wont be charged but the received will be charges 3.4% + 0.30 USD.
