How to know who is it?

I have email.
And when I put it in forgot password textbox it shows some profile without name, but only email near his picture.

There's no picture on profile actually.

It only shows the male character.

It can't be found using search.

How to find that profile actually?
I don't know it's username or name.

Somebody very suspicious.

that's an account that was suspended by facebook for breaking the rules - usually because the person got caught creating more than one account
