Good gaming cable internet service provider?

I'm looking for a less than $40 internet provider good for gaming, preferably symmetrical (same upload as download speed). It would be great if it was +10Mbps x +10Mbps and wired.

Try checking on comcast, time warner cable, at&t, cox, verizon. Each company will have a different plan for how fast they are, most are a higher download with a lower upload. Upload isn't really needed for gaming, only if you're making your own content and uploading it to say YouTube or somewhere else.
