Does anyone know how to contact Facebook developers about an issue?

I am having a problem that is not covered in their "Help Center". A FB friend texted me and told me that 3 of his posts on my page were falsely reported to FB as spam and he was blocked by FB from my friends list. I asked around to the handful I people that I was in contact with at the time and the main "suspect" was the only one that knew how it could have been done from my profile page...click on any of my friends from my list on the left...pull up their page...report them as spam...He never admitted to doing it. I refriended the one that was falsely blocked and life went on...then it happened again...when I went back to the "suspect"....he had unfriended me and won't return my messages, texts, calls, or posts...his wall is nearly blank...I want to contact FB about the problem and see if I can get the falsely blocked friend back...and clear the report...while confirming my suspicions about the offender...and reporting HIM. Does anyone know how to contact anyone was Facebook?
