Where i can build a website i mean they provide free hosting and free domain?

I want to create a website for this i know i need a web host and a domain name.I find a website where they provide free hosting but i couldn't find a website where its provide free domain name like sitename.com or .in or .net(not subdomain).plz if anyone know that than answers me or msg me in http://www.facebook.com/yaminhasan36.Thank you.

Domains like .com, .in, .net aren't normally free but instead cost around $10 per year.
http://www.getfreedomain.name lists some subdomains (which you said you don't want), but it also lists dotfree.com (which you currently can't register yet) and dot.tk, which is truly a free domain name. But be wary with them.

You may get a free domain for collecting points (participating in forum discussions, taking surveys), but those are more often than not scams as well.

You can use some free services to create a website or a blog like:
1. Tumblr
2. Posterous
3. Blogger
4. Wordpress

If you want something better, or with more features and with a real domain name like something.com you have to pay for it.
