Starting a software business?

I was thinking of starting a software business but I don't know all the specific details. If anyone has any incites on whether to use HTML or JavaScript as code or a different code.

Out of all the business, I definitely DO NOT recommend software. The reason is because of its ease of piracy. I mean how would you like it when thepiratebay take all your hard work and literally distribute them to people across the globe.

I think you should start any other business reason is that this business is very risky for new comers or for those having less knowledge about programming. And you know there are more than thousands hackers in all over the world so I told you about risks of this business.
