Wordpress or Squarespace?

On my website I would need people to be able to post their own pages, and not just comments. I do want comments though. I also want social media integrated, like Facebook, etc. I also want to be able to design easy, but I do want it to be nice looking. Also, how can I advertise my website after I finish?

You can use AdWords, BuySellAds, Bing Ads, Yahoo Ads etc.

WordPress will be the right option for you. You can allow other peoples to post on your blog and you can also control the comment par as well. there are some very good plugins that can help you to do more with the blog. You can integrate many social media tabs in your blogs like
