Computer start to lags after DSL cable connected.?

Hi, I have a problem related to my computer or maybe my internet provider.

When I connect DSL cable to my laptop, my laptop starts to lagging all over the time. But when i disconnect my DSL cable, my laptop back to normal. No lags, no hangs.

Did my computer or my internet provider have the problem? How to fix this problems?


I am using internet provided by my collage. The same thing happens to my friends using the same network.
