I have this blog http://www.celebshotty.blogspot.com , i like the design of this template and i wanna put this design to my website ! How to do this ?

In my point you can't use this template directly. You can design like this using css...

There are online tools to extract the html/CSS of a website. You can try those if you really like the design.

But, these tools doesn't guarantee that the HTML is copied 100% correctly.

You can try extractcss.com
