Selling on eBay... Help?

I sold an item on ebay about a month ago, and the seller never paid.
Do I still have to pay the final value fee (percentage of the price that the item sold for)?

You have to open a dispute for Unpaid Item then Ebay will check it out and refund your seller fee.

No you must go through the 'resolution' process to claim you fee back. Start by putting in a 'non paying bidder' claim.
