If you tell someone to kill themselves and they DONT could you still get arrested?
this girl (I think I know who but not sure) made an anonymous twitter and told me to kill myself, she said it a few times but only within the space of an hour I guess. She didn't say she was gonna hurt me or anything and I did exchange arguments back. If I was to report it to the police would they even bother trying to get a warrant to find out who it is or would they just tell me to ignore it and report it if it happens again?

You would not be arrrested - the rurules for assault is to place someone in fear of receiving an immediate injury - sice they harmed themselves (or did nothing) you can not be arrested
