If you want people to do something online you have to make it very clear what they have to do and what they'll get back. Your site does neither of these things, has links that don't work and is poorly designed and written.

You need to have a title tag instead of the http . . . . Plus, I agree with the other answer - you need to explain on the Home page what your website/system is about, just a little info, then explain on the About page for more info.
