Instagram Effects, help?
I have the Instagram on my phone (Samsung Galaxy Ace), and it doesn't seem to have the blur effect on it.
However, when I go onto my iPod, I can blur my pictures.
Why won't it work on my Samsung Galaxy Ace?
(It says it doesn't need updating!?)
