Why does facebook keep asking me if I know these people?

If this is a Ghost Account you might not have much recorded activity, Therefor Facebook tries to find what you are intrested in and based on that give you Adverticemnet spesific to you.

This means that you have very low amount of friends on facebook and you yourself mentioned that you have a ghost account, You have probably liked pages or stuff that related to people from Nigeria, so facebook is showing you people from there.

Ignore facebook and don't accept any friend requests.
