What programming skills or language do one need to form a company like Facebook or even Yahoo?

I have some ideas to make these companies disappear fast but don't know what type of programming skills for me to recruit for programmers to write the codes for such application.

As I said before. You have to pay for your developers up front or it's not going to happen. Even if you do pay you aren't going to make Facebook or Yahoo disappear. Your statements in both these posts clearly show you don't know what is involved in building sites like these. So there is no way you have made any kind of informed decisions about your project.

If your idea is that great then go to a bank and get financing. Then you hire some coders to do the work. Like I said we expect to be paid no matter if your idea fails or not.
