Facebook photo album - You are currently receiving notifications for this item because you own it?

Hello everyone. I posted some pictures on Facebook and I have put the setting so that only one person in my friends list can see it.
At the bottom of the page were it says like, share it also has "unfollow post" and when I hover over it it says "you are currently receiving notifications for this item because you own it".
Does anyone know what this means?

It means you can email that link to your near and dear once,
instead of uploading all those pic again in email client
Your images will be private though, unless you share that link with anyone

You had uploaded the images right, so indirectly you are the owner of the photos,
Fb stores those images in servers under your account,
It just means when ever someone (your single friend in this case) likes or comments,
you'll get notified
