Which Verizon Wireless Smartphone should I get?
I am due for an upgrade per the New Every Two eligibility (which I understand is being shut down or "simplified" as Verizon states it, but it still applies to me, and will be my last one). I have only had basic cell phones up until this point and am ready to jump in to the Smartphone arena. I am most interested in a Droid model, as I hear the Droid market offers more free apps. But other than that I am completely lost. I would like to be able to check e-mail, watch youtube videos, use the facebook and twitter apps, play angry birds (Tongue), etc. I'm not interested in the extra $20 fee for a hot-spot, and suspect compared to some my usage will be light to medium. I would only like to spend around $100-$150. I would try and look online as to what my offers are, but the reason I'm getting a new phone is that i lost mine yesterday, therefore I cannot set up my online verizon account (they send the password to your phone) to see what could be covered with my upgrade. I won't know until I'm in store tomorrow.
I am hoping that price is not unreasonable, as even if the upgrade doesn't make my phone free, it should count for something(crossing my fingers). I know the 4g models are out and more expensive, but I'm wondering if it will really matter for my usage levels. Any thoughts or suggestions on specific models?
I'm also wondering if anyone has thoughts about touch screen vs. hard keyboard. I have a full hard keyboard on my current phone and love it, will I be incredibly annoyed switching to a touch screen, or should I narrow my options to the smartphones with keyboards?

Either a droid 3 (hard keyboard), droid x2, or droid bionic. The x2 and bionic are both touch screen only. The bionic has 4g which is way faster Than 3G. The bionic and droid 3 have front facing cameras. They all have 8 megapixel rear cameras.
