Skype profile picture is too small?

Basically, I want to upload a picture of myself onto Skype but every time I do, it comes out way smaller than the frame and is also a little bit blurry. I've tried changing the resolution of the picture and even using Skype Portable 5.0 which doesn't have the same decompress-er as the latest Skype, but the problem persists. This is what it looks like in Skype.

maybe the problem is with ur camera brO,try using another one
