Second chance offer on Ebay?

I sold something on ebay and it has sold and the person has paid for it but ebay is still telling me it is eligible for a second chance offer, what does this mean?

I think that only happens if it dnt get to the asking price. Did u put a reserve on it?u could just ignore it and send the item. But then I think u should Call eBay and ask .

it means if the first person doesnt pay, you can offer it to the next person who bid. (its in case the first person doesnt pay, but they have) Just ignore it.
