Why shouldnt be Online Piracy illegal?
I need to prove that online piracy is good, and why it shouldn't be illegal?

So then the fact that you can't come up with something on your own isn't even mildly suggestive to you?

Why would it be good? Your stealing plain and simple. Just because it's easy to do doesn't mean its not like stealing something from a store.

Well then first you must prove that taking someones property with out compensation is good. That would be stealing in case you didn't know that.

Let's rephrase your question for higher enlightenment:

I need to prove that stealing from a farmer is good, and why it shouldn't be illegal?

Same philosophy... The farmer produces a crop. The consumer buys the farmer's crops at a price to compensate him for his time. The farmer can then use that money to make more crops, feed his animals and family and upgrade his equipment. Stealing the crops only benefits the thief, it takes food from the Farmer's table, livestock, and prevents him from upgrading and repairing his farm equipment.

Just apply that philosophy to an application developer....
