What does this facebook symbol mean?! HELP!?

After unlocking my ipod after I got home from school I saw a notification that said: 'Do you know T***** G****** (Not going to say name due to privacy reasons)'. This was strange to me as in the 5 years I have had facebook I have never once come across this symbol and I have also had the same ipod and not changed any settings that would affect this either.

Next to the notifications text there was a symbol that looked a little like the atomic symbol, however I have uploaded the symbol to puush (The image wasn't too clear so I uploaded a few different versions), the link is below. Please view this symbol, which I have cropped out of the notification and tell me what it is/ what it means.

I will appreciate any help given, and thank you for taking the time to read this!

I appreciate the help guys, but I looked at my app list and 'wannawin' isn't on the list? I don't have any app with a name like that or even similar to that, please explain what I'm missing here! Cheers.

It's from the APP, "Wannawin". Found it by going to the "Settings" on Facebook, and then looking on the "APP" list.

Someone who is a friend of a friend of yours, or went to the same school as you, is using it, and "Wannawin" is using Social Media to find other potential users for their APP.
