Runescape Account banned?

My runescape account was banned for "Bot Bustin Moderate" for 48 hours. After the 48 hours expired I logged in and was instantly perm banned for "Macroing Major". I submitted an appeal but 2 days later I was banned a third time for "Macroing Minor". I wasn't even botting in the first place. I have submitted my appeals, 2 emails and 2 tickets and have yet to get a response from all of them. Its been 9 days. Any idea whats going on or how long it will take until i get a response?

an appeal takes anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months to process , they have to look at their records , any reports filed and what the mods have reported and see if they have enough proof or if they should overturn the ban
