Start a page on Facebook and Moderate it or move to Silicon Valley, and apply for a job at Facebook (good luck with that).

As in the Actual Site ? If So You Need to Contact the Facebook Office And See if they Have any Jobs Available
If your Looking to Become a Moderator in a Page Or Group the Page Or Group Owner Has to Add you As One |

you cant just moderate all groups/pages
contact the person who is running the page about being a moderator, but it's most likely a waste of time unless you know them in person |
