Problem with internet connection.(Limited Access Problem)?

the problem is how to fix limited access problem..actually the wifi that i use is my neighbour wifi.i have hack their wifi password..but sometimes my connection has limited access problem.so how to fix it just in my laptop.what changes that it needed..so don't ask me to turn off of make something to the router wifi..because it is not mine...so i'm just asking if it can be fix in laptop without making changes in the router...i use win7..(i;m not too good in english)

That occurs usually due to IP conflict in wireless network your only option is to restart your computer.

This happened to my laptop too. All that I did was just restart my computer and it changed the limited access and now works fine and I didn't have to make any changes to the router.
