hi, this website was done using Flash technology which is rather outdated and will not work well on some browsing devices, however there are newer technologies which can be used to create an interactive site like this. Best thing is to have someone create it for you (would not cost much) so that you can get some good, professional advice and have an effective website at the end which is up-to-standard and works well for your business.

That site has some features that you don't normally see on a free hosted site, including the integrated forum and floating registration, it would cost hundreds or thousands of dollars to have it recreated.

Odds are some young Anime fan would be better of just using a simple free hosted blog platform like Google's Blogger.com or Wordpress.com, getting a custom name for about $12/year would provide the ability to change hosts without losing the name.
