What happens if you favorite and un-favorite a tweet?

So, I was creeping on someone and I ended up accidentally favoriting a tweet. I un-favorited the tweet quickly. This person cannot know I was on their twitter. I don't follow them nor do they follow me. I changed my twitter username, profile name and profile picture. I also deactivated my account. Will they see I favorited their tweet? If yes, will they only see it as the new username, profile name and profile picture? This seems extreme, but they seriously cannot know I was creeping. Lol

also REAAALLLY creepy - particularly the fact that you changed everything to avoid them knowing.
