Bad Internet Service. Need Suggestions!?

I live in Missouri and finding got affordable internet is tricky. I'm looking for suggestions for any more internet supporters. The only requirements I need is it to have unlimited usage. All answers will be appreciated.
The internet I have gets me 1 mbps downloading speed. I need it for streaming videos, playing online multiplayer, and for download.

Check and see if AT&T is available. I used AT&T
DSL fast speed extreme 6.0 for 11 years, and it
worked well. I could watch you tube videos @1080p.
Then U-verse came available and now I have high
speed U-verse. 18.0 and it really works good.
I pay only 43 per/month for it. I do have a bundle
package.
