How do I tag people in my Facebook picture?

If I already have posted a picture online and set it as my profile picture, how can I tag people with a compliment in the description part?

if you uploded it using pc then click on pic when it gets bigger then click any where in pic a box will appere,write the name the person there.If you had uploded it by mobile then again open pic and try to find tag option in the pic.Well descripition can be added by clicking on edit button some where below the pic

Click on the picture you wish to tag, then press "Add a Description". It should bring up a menu box. Under the description box will be a bar that says "Who were you with?". Click on it and type in the name you want to tag in the picture; there should be a drop down menu that displays your friends' names. Once you see the person you want to tag, click on their name and it will add them to the picture.
