Internet isn't working with every page?

Basically my internet is great, It has a download rate of 200 kb/s and when it's really fast it can reach up to 350. It's great with browsing and watching youtube videos etc. I have a problem though that the only page I can't seem to open is facebook. I can open it every few hours, when I open it other times it shows me the page with all the links messed up and no pictures or layout on the website. Just blue links that don't even load fast when I click them!

You may need to clear your cache and then restart your browser.

Basically, when you delete your cache and "cookies", you are deleting the temporary data that the internet stores on your computer. Such as saved images or text or passwords.
