Should i follow her on instagram again?

There is a girl that i like and she is my best friend , but it seem like she doesnt feel the same way about me ... She block me on instagram one weeks ago and i block her too . Now i just click on her friends profile and click on her , and she has unblock me . Should i just unblock her? And leave it at that without following?
( im not a stalker , her friends which is my friend)
She is nice before.... But she act mean now
Should i just hit follow and see what will happen?

I think you stop playing games with social media and express yourself to her directly. Tell her, "I respect the fact that you don't feel the same way about me as I do about you, so I would like to move on and be friends with you again." Leave it at that. This unlocking unfriending etc is just immature and avoidance and isn't helping things improve.
