And i put an add which pretty much read will exchange services for a financial backer for dental..the i put office work general labor ect. Now someone replied and said they would help all they needed help with was stuff around their house..should i accept the offer.

Go meet with them in a public place with someone else. Then maybe there house but always have a phone and maybe a knife just in case. But be carful. You could never be to safe. Hope this helps. And can you take a look at my recent question and try to answer it
