I have a question about ebay?

I recently sold a hoodie to a buyer, who paid me through ebay and the money is now in my paypal. I later then received a much higher offer but the person didn't bid on the item. I want to refund the 1st buyer but since I haven't received the money that is impossible. I have open a case against the 1st buyer stating that I have received a higher offer thus I am refunding him. The 1st buyer isnt responding to my case. What should I do? Must I sell my hoodie to the 1st buyer or 2nd buyer?
