To clarify, PPC paid advertising does essentially nothing for a site's search engine results ranking, if that's what a "Quick listing" refers to, the payoff on investment in PPC is quite short term, each paid click, which brings a prospect wither is a success by resulting in a sale or lead, or is a failure if the visitor tales no action. One the other hand investing in some SEO strategies, improving content, securing lasting links from other sites, has an accumulative effect on search ranking over time.

A carefully optimized landing page and sales funnel is often needed to make PPC profitable, once the average visitor value exceeds the PPC cost you can scale up the paid traffic with reasonable confidence of being profitable, SEO traffic can't be turned on and off as it can with paid traffic.

Optimizing a sales site typically involves some for of slit testing, in which the performance of 2 different designs are compared, some successful sites are constantly testing variations with the aid of split testing software. Yours is a tougher site to test, since you don't have the hundreds or thousands of transactions a day that some low cost product retailers do.

In the case of your site I would probably try replacing the rather large header graphic with something smaller and an additional few lines of 'pitch' text, like something about the best quality material in the industry, available in large quantities at competitive prices.

Don't go for big companies for the management of your PPC - They just care about their money. PPC helps but not as much as SEO Helps. just find the best keywords for PPC from Google adwards keywords tool and find the medium competition keywords with medium average per click cost and go for it for 1 month and see how u go. Then change your strategy accordingly

PPC is pay per click advertisement I guess. You can use it to promote your website. Try easyhits4you to promote your website traffic.

It's really a useless conversation to go into the specifics of to fix any particular elements in PPC or landing pages etc...there are so many ins and outs to online marketing nowadays that the most important thing you can do as a business owner is start working with a company that really knows what they are doing, has solid communication, and is able to work with you to make sure key metrics are being measured and more customers are being sold your products at the end of the day. Honestly, this stuff changes every day. Also, are you willing to work hours every day to block the bad keywords, block the bad sites, create and experiment new display banners, and research new keywords? Most business owners burn out trying, I tried to keep up with it for a while, but i ended up calling Simon after one of my friends referred me to have his team setup some remarketing for my shopify store. Doubled my sales in under 90 days. Simon's number is 207-618-8998, I'm always willing to pass along a referral to someone who takes pride in what they do.
