vidzone not working??

I just downloaded VidZone on my ps3 like an hour ago. I tried playing a video and nothing has shown up yet. I tried quitting the app and going back in, restarting my system and even resetting my router. This is really getting on my nerves now. Not even advertisements load. I have the most recent update installed. Why is it doing this?
