Internet Explorer 11 Loading delay with Advertisements?
the reason I'm posting the same question again its because to begin with I was on different computer when I posted the question a Windows Xp pc to be exact and I couldn't show you a screenshot of the problem there because as we all know by now is because the newest version of Internet Explorer Windows Xp can run is Internet Explorer 8 and another reason I'm posting this question again is because I was hoping that it will let me as yahoo answers calls it "Add Media" but unfortunately I can't do that when adding details to a question so here is a link to that question http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?...529AArq4hs again have to copy and paste it in address bar cause can't make it a hyperlink in here

so anyways a screenshot of what is going on in Internet Explorer with the advertisement taking longer to load then the of the page its just to show that white box appears with a black icon in the top right corner of the white box in which the white box indicates where the advertisement will appear after it loads the loading time by the way is around 10 to 15 seconds after everything else loads

Change browsers. What you're seeing is quite common when the separate parts of the website are loaded at different times. Each object on the website can be situated on separate servers, and therefore can load at separate times. However, in your case, it looks like there might be a problem with Flash or something similar, as the gear in the top left corner indicates that there is an extra component technology that is loading.

So. Change browsers. See if that resolves the issue. Try for instance Mozilla Firefox, http://www.malwarebytes.org .

any webpage that relies heavily on javascript, such as the Yahoo home page will have many issues.

using javascript allows parts of a page to load quickly and other parts to take as long as they take.
effectively what it means is although you THINK you are loading a single webpage, whats actually happening is you are MERGING data from MANY places when using ads.
each one of these ads, could potentially be coming from a different location, or even a different server.

things that affect your perceived performance are
1 your AV and how it deals with a page that is actively seeking a connection to many places
2 the way the page either TASKS each GET all in one go, or how each one may wait until the previous one is finished. So thats a more staggered approach to downloading it.
3 these sorts of webpages are often LIVE with webpage editors changing them on a LIVE basis. So the SCRIPT could have ERRORS that you are not SEEing. This means that visit them 5 minutes later and the errors may not be there any more, or be less of a problem.
4 keeping your browsing history(cache) regularly emptied may help.
