Facebook not working on either browser, why?

I have restarted my computer. I have used different wifi connections, although I went home for a week and it worked fine, it's only at school that it won't work. From about midnight to 11 am the next day, I can't open Facebook in either browser. All other websites work. I have uninstalled and re-installed Google Chrome, and deleted my history and cookies and all of that. It starts working again during the day, then at night it stops again. This has never happened before and nobody else seems to be having this problem. Does anyone know why this is happening?
I don't think it's doing this for anyone else that I know of.
