what's the best website for buying products from Asia?
hello there,

I know this is the dream of every entrepreneur, to buy good and cheap products from Asia or any other places, and sell them on the UK and USA. what I want to do is pretty the same but I can't find any good supplier overseas to start doing some business. and here my question came: Can anybody give me some advice and a good website where I can find some products at the right price? I've tried aliexpress but the prices there are not so good.

Thank you guys and I m looking forward to hear from you!

Definitely Ebay.
Though make sure that you are buying from a legitimate company, and not
some weird dude who spends all day in his underwear scamming people.
You can check this basically by going to their feedback section and seeing
what people who have bought from them have to say. Smile

there are many companies that provide portals for buyers / sellers of goods around the world. there are several hurdles that you must consider:

the manufacturer / seller starts sending good product, then the quality stops on repeat orders.

the manufacturer / seller does not have good procedures to handle defects, if at all and you lose money. Yes those same people care about companies like WalMart, but you NO!

duties imposed by customs; shipping; defects lost in transit; damaged goods from poor packaging; many of them want you to pay their transaction (paypal, bank, western union) fees; many do not offer sample goods and refuse to answer your questions or skirt the questions;

communications is another area as many do not have a firm grasp of English and you should use Bing translate to send your info in your native language and theirs as well- and all of this is getting worse from mainland China, if that is where you are considering sourcing your product

The biggest marketplace for Chines wholesalers and manufacturers is Alibaba.com, you should probably ge a special education on subjects like Chines interpretation of contract law before you deal with them, there are some shady operators on such sites. They have a retail oriented division called Aliexpress.com
These guys mention Alibaba in their course teasers https://www.facebook.com/ImportCrashCourse , I know nothing about them, but it may get into details like arranging to have a goods delivered in a full or half shipping container.
