International shipping Royal Mail?
(I'm sorry for my english) I have to get a parcel in Italy. The question is, if the track and trace's status is: IN PROGRESS, what does it mean? The parcel was sent or not? Because I paid 10 days ago!
could you give me the Royal Mail's telephone number? Thank you!
