Are you allowed to advertise who your clients are?
I wan't to advertise the fact that my services are being used by a renowned top class client. Am I allowed to advertise their name? Am I allowed to use their logo?

I would suggest you contact your clients first. Plus, ask to use their logo as well, most likely they have it registered. So, always ask for permission.
