eBay sellers? Are you finding your search ranking slipping?

Prob aimed at Selling Pro people, but still worth asking.
I work for a company who trade on ebay as well as other places. We have been top spot for a lot of our items for near on a year. Over the last few weeks we have slipped in the ranking for ALL lisitings, not a bit but a lot. We are doing everything 100% to ebay standards, we are selling more then others, but they are appearing above us.

Anyone else experienced this?

On the Australian site if a top rated seller comes along and offers the big 4 - Free postage, express post, 0-1 day handling time & a 30 day return they seem to immediately go to the top of the list. I offer three of those but even if I have up to 1000 listings at the time if a seller that only has say 10 listings comes along and offers free postage as well they always seem to go above me
Anchor stores also get more exposure
I have noticed that over the last month-six weeks I have been getting a lot more sales from the UK. I used to only get about one a month but now i'm getting about 6 a week so maybe ebay have consolidated international listings to some extent
